Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to manage availability and provide timely access to all clients.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required 24-hour window may result in the appointment being marked as a missed session. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may impact your ability to book future appointments.
All appointment bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or credits for missed appointments or late cancellations.
